SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the product, availability, order volume, and fulfillment partner.
Estimated Delivery Times
After processing, estimated delivery is generally 5–15 business days. Some products may arrive sooner, while certain specialty, made-to-order, or supplier-fulfilled items may require additional time.
Multiple Packages
Utility Vibe™ offers products that may be fulfilled from different locations or fulfillment partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and you may receive more than one package or tracking number.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your order ships.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, high order volumes, and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or there is an issue with your delivery, contact us at utilityvibe@gmail.com with your order number and details so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
International Orders
International availability may vary by product and destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
